A Look Into Your Garment's Journey

The Weaving Process

we procure our fabric from a local factory located on the outskirts of Mumbai. they have been weaving linen since 1989 and only import yarn that has been grown sustainably and spun ethically. the factory employees are paid fair wages, have a safe and hygienic workspace, and speak highly of the owners.

The Sewing Process

we are a small but hardworking team located in Mumbai. at our workshop, everyone is treated as equal and the male and female employees are paid the same salary. we work just like a family where each member has a different role to play and it would not be the same if one left. we all pride ourselves in making each garment with so much love.

How Linen Is Helping Save The Planet

  • linen has a sustainability score of 9/10, making it one of the most sustainable and natural textile to exist.
  • it is made from the stalk of flax plants, that do not need any pesticides or fertilisers to grow.
  • for every 2.5 acres of flax plantation, 3700 kgs of carbon dioxide is removed from the atmosphere. to put this in perspective, with all the carbon dioxide removed from the atmosphere by one year of flax plantation in Europe, you could drive around the world 22,600 times!
