Return and Exchange Policy
We accept returns on all items, whether purchased at full price or on sale. Returned items are eligible for exchange or store credit.
Please note: Items that have been customised or altered at the customer’s request are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please email hey.dhaaga@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Purchases are considered final after 5 days from the date of order receipt.
Shipping Procedure
We follow a just-in-time inventory format in order to reduce any wastage and overproduction.
We accept all major credit cards and digital wallets for online purchases. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking when your order is shipped. Typically orders ship within 1-5 business days. During sales please allow up to a week for your order to ship.
Domestic orders typically take about 1-5 days to ship, depending on location. Shipping times may be longer during the holiday rush. Orders ship from Mumbai, India.
