online return policy

All sale items, items purchased using a discount code, or on offer are final sale. After 7 days of order receipt, all sales are considered final.
Linen Face Masks cannot be returned.

Full price, unworn, and unwashed items from domestic orders may be returned for store credit or a refund, excluding face masks. A return authorisation must be requested from contact.dhaaga@gmail.com within 7 days of order receipt

return processing

Email us at contact.dhaaga@gmail.com to request a return authorization. We will provide you with further details. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of return authorisation. We are not liable for any lost in transit return packages.

Refunds and store credits will be processed within 7 days of return receipt. Dhaaga holds the right to deny any refund that does not meet all policy requirements.

shipping procedure

We follow a just-in-time inventory format in order to reduce any wastage and overproduction.

We accept all major credit cards and digital wallets for online purchases. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking when your order is shipped. Typically orders ship within 1-5 business days. During sales please allow up to a week for your order to ship.

Domestic orders typically take about 1-5 days to ship, depending on location. Shipping times may be longer during the holiday rush. Orders ship from Mumbai, India.

preorders

Orders for items that are noted as "preorder" in the product description may be cancelled by the customer for a full refund at any time up until the ship date by emailing contact.dhaaga@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee the ship date of preorder items.

If your order contains a preorder item and another item, we will hold the in-stock item until your preorder is ready to ship, unless you request otherwise.
